Job Description
Join Invi Grid to help build a game-changing cloud security solution alongside former security heads and cloud experts. We are looking for a hands-on coder passionate about building cutting-edge AI security tools.
Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on building LLM and agentic applications: tool use / function calling,memory management, structured output, and multi-step agent workflows.
- Strong RAG and retrieval experience: chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, and knowing when retrieval is the wrong tool.
- Prompt engineering focused on constraining and validating model output: JSON schema, structured output, and guardrails against hallucinated or unsafe output.
- Evaluation discipline: building eval sets and ground truth, measuring quality with real metrics, and catching failure modes before customers do.
- AI safety and security instincts: prompt-injection defense, safe handling of model output (e.g. LLM-generated SQL), and per-customer data isolation.
- Production deployment of AI services: cloud, containerized, and scalable. Comfort with foundation-model providers (Anthropic, Gemini, Bedrock).
- Proficiency in Python (primary), including API service work (FastAPI or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written-communication skills.
