Required Qualifications
- 0–15 years of experience in software engineering or web development
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Proficiency in at least one modern framework — React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Django, Rails, Laravel or Spring Boot
- Experience with any database used from code (SQL or NoSQL)
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams
