We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and ambitious Motion Designer to join our growth creative team. In this role, you will design and produce high-impact video ads, gameplay animations, and dynamic visual assets that drive millions of downloads globally across major ad platforms.

What You Will Do

• Create High-Converting Visuals: Conceptualize, animate, and edit engaging 2D/3D video ads, playable concepts, and promotional materials for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and AppLovin.
• Gameplay & Visual Enhancement: Take raw game assets/mechanics and elevate them into polished, dynamic, and hook-driven marketing videos tailored for casual and puzzle audiences.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Collaborate closely with Marketing Creative Managers and User Acquisition (UA) teams to analyze video ad performance metrics (CTR, CVR) and iterate on winning visual hooks and concepts.
• Asset Management & Formatting: Adapt and optimize video assets into various aspect ratios (vertical, square, landscape) and localized variations for global markets.
• Trend Tracking: Stay updated on current social media motion trends, visual effects techniques, and competitor ad creatives in the mobile gaming industry.

 What We Are Looking For

•  Proven Motion Portfolio: A strong showreel or portfolio showcasing high-quality motion graphics, animated videos, and expertise in video editing, typography, composition, visual storytelling, and animation principles.
• Motion Design Expertise: 1+ years of experience creating engaging motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Creative Fundamentals: Strong understanding of color theory, layout, typography, visual hierarchy, composition, camera movement, and sound design to create impactful video content.
•  Game Art Literacy: Experience working with 2D/3D game assets, UI elements, gameplay footage, and marketing creatives. A genuine interest in mobile gaming and user acquisition creative is highly valued..
• AI-Driven Creativity: Confident use of AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and AI video generation tools to accelerate ideation and production workflows..
•  Growth Mindset: Proactive in improving creative processes, open to feedback, and eager to learn new techniques, tools, and emerging design trends..
•  Ownership & Communication: Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with good written and spoken English.

Bonus Points For

• Knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) for rendering or motion integration.
• Familiarity with mobile gaming user acquisition (UA) ad creative best practices.
• Basic understanding of Unity Engine for asset extraction or recording gameplay.
