What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of agency training programs.
- Supervise, coach, and provide direction to training team members, ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Develop engaging learning content in partnership with internal subject matter experts, department leaders, and external presenters.
- Design and deliver training programs that support independent agency success, organizational initiatives, and strategic business goals.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with agents, employees, vendors, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Coordinate training schedules, educational events, webinars, and promotional activities alongside the marketing team.
- Ensure all Continuing Education (CE) programs comply with state insurance department regulations and licensing requirements.
- Deliver premier service and support to employees, agents, and insureds while fostering a positive learning environment.

- Proven experience designing and leading successful training programs.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products and the independent agency distribution model is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Working knowledge of state insurance department regulations, including Continuing Education (CE) requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop others.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build productive relationships across departments and with external partners.
