About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OT Network Specialist to support and maintain Operational Technology (OT) network environments across industrial and critical infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial networking technologies, network troubleshooting, cybersecurity best practices, and OT environments such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, or industrial automation.

This role offers an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of industrial network infrastructure while supporting digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

🔧  Support and maintain OT network infrastructure.

📡 Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.

🌐  Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.

🏭 Support ICS/SCADA network environments.

🛡️ Assist with OT cybersecurity and network segmentation initiatives.

📋  Maintain network documentation and asset inventories.

🤝  Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve network-related issues.


Required Qualifications

🎓  Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Industrial Automation, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

💼  2–3 years of experience supporting OT, industrial, or enterprise network environments.

⚙️  Hands-on experience with network technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.

📈  Understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, DNP3, Profinet, OPC UA, or similar.

🔍  Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar networking technologies.

🧠 Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

🏭  Familiarity with industrial control systems, SCADA environments, and OT architectures.

🌐  Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

🗣️ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

🏭   Experience working in manufacturing, utilities, energy, oil & gas, mining, or critical infrastructure environments.

🔐  Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, or NERC CIP.
