The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located at Marlborough, MA (100% Remote). Details for the position are as follows:

Type: Remote

Client: Sumitomo Pharma America

Duration: 7 Months contract (Extension Anticipated)

Pay: $53.34/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to support, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on platform administration, workflow automation, scripting, instance maintenance, and integration support. The initial assignment runs through the current fiscal year-end, with an anticipated extension.

Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.

Design, build, and support workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.

Perform ServiceNow instance upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance.

Manage users, roles, groups, permissions, and system configurations.

Develop and maintain JavaScript-based business rules, client scripts, and automation.

Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing operational support.

Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.

Implement platform enhancements and support ServiceNow best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 Years Of ServiceNow Administration Experience (Required)
