CI/CD Engineer at BairesDev

As a CI/CD Engineer, you will focus on building and operating robust automated pipelines to streamline software delivery. You will serve as the link between development and operations, ensuring that code changes are integrated, tested, and deployed with maximum efficiency and minimal risk.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to automate the software release lifecycle.
• Optimize build processes and developer workflows to reduce feedback loops and accelerate delivery cycles.
• Implement advanced deployment strategies, such as blue/green and canary releases, to ensure high availability.
• Standardize containerization practices to provide consistent environments across the development pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and enforce automation standards and deployment best practices.

• Maintain and scale the underlying infrastructure required to support high-performance automation services.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Build Engineering, or CI/CD.
• Proven expertise in building and operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in implementing deployment strategies such as blue/green and canary releases.
• Strong background in build optimization and developer workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
