About the Role
As an Entry Level Machine Learning Developer at Hiredbuddy, you will be an integral part of our data science team, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions that drive business value. This is a remote, full-time position perfect for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models using Python and popular libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Participate in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare datasets for modeling.
- Help maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines, ensuring they run efficiently and reliably.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and version control (Git).
- Perform model evaluation, tuning, and validation using appropriate metrics and techniques.
