What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of SEO clients across a variety of industries.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and content recommendations.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide meaningful insights using SEO reporting tools.
  • Translate technical SEO data into clear recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Content and third-party partners to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.


What We're Looking For

  • SEO campaign management experience
  • Client-facing account management experience
  • Technical and on-page SEO expertise
  • Keyword research and content optimisation experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and proven client relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is great, but not essential.
  • Exposure working within a digital agency is a bonus.
  • A genuine passion for search marketing and digital growth
