Senior SEO Specialist - CryptoThreads.io

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the organic growth of CryptoThreads.io through technical SEO, content optimization, and authority-building initiatives. You will work closely with content creators and developers to improve search visibility, strengthen E-E-A-T signals, and ensure all published content meets Google's quality standards for YMYL websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical SEO

• Manage and optimize Google Search Console, including index coverage, sitemaps, URL inspection, and indexing issues.
• Implement and maintain structured data (Schema Markup) to improve search visibility.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and monitor Core Web Vitals, collaborating with developers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor website performance following Google algorithm updates and recommend appropriate optimization strategies.

On-Page & Content SEO

• Conduct keyword research and develop topical maps to support the content strategy.
• Optimize and update existing content to improve rankings, user experience, and search performance.
• Strengthen website authority by implementing E-E-A-T best practices and maintaining editorial quality standards.
• Prepare SEO briefs and collaborate with content writers to produce high-quality, search-optimized content.

Off-Page SEO

• Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies through outreach, partnerships, guest posting, and digital PR.
• Monitor backlink performance and maintain a healthy backlink profile in compliance with Google's spam policies.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.
• Prepare periodic SEO reports covering organic traffic, keyword rankings, indexing status, CTR, and backlink performance.
• Monitor competitor performance and recommend data-driven optimization opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Proficient in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Experienced with website crawling and auditing tools such as Screaming Frog or equivalent.
• Good written English with the ability to create and optimize English-language content.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain fundamentals (e.g., DeFi, Tokens, Layer-2).
• Strong knowledge of E-E-A-T, YMYL, and Google's Search & Spam policies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Own a personal laptop and have a stable internet connection for remote work.

Preferred requirements (Bonus)

• Experience in SEO for Web3, Blockchain, FinTech, or other YMYL industries.
• Hands-on experience implementing Schema Markup (Structured Data) and basic knowledge of HTML or Next.js/Vercel.
• Experience optimizing websites for global English-speaking markets.

WORKING INFORMATION

• Working Arrangement: Fully Remote (Work from anywhere)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30) and 02 Saturdays per month (08:30 – 16:30), Vietnam Time
