Job Description
Company Description
TroonDX is a digital-transformation and technology solutions company helping organizations modernize products, operations, data systems, and enterprise infrastructure. Its capabilities span digital strategy, cloud technology, artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, data engineering, and blockchain-enabled solutions.
TroonDX has also been associated with enterprise blockchain applications involving decentralized identity, immutable audit trails, digital-asset transfer, wallets, traceability, privacy, and distributed data infrastructure. The company is strengthening its Web3 engineering capabilities to support secure smart-contract systems, decentralized applications, tokenized products, and blockchain integrations.
Role Description
We are hiring a Blockchain Developer to design, build, test, and maintain production-grade smart contracts, decentralized applications, wallet integrations, and blockchain infrastructure.
This is a full-time engineering role for candidates with genuine professional Web3 experience. We are specifically seeking applicants who have deployed smart contracts or decentralized applications, worked directly with blockchain wallets and on-chain data, and understand the security and operational risks involved in managing real digital-asset systems.
The successful candidate should have experience working in a professional crypto, DeFi, protocol, exchange, digital-asset fund, institutional treasury, fintech, or blockchain product environment. Exposure to systems supporting meaningful transaction volume, treasury assets, institutional users, or protocol liquidity is strongly valued.
Personal wealth is not a qualification for this position. Candidates will be assessed on professional Web3 experience, technical capability, security awareness, production deployments, and experience supporting significant digital-asset or blockchain environments.
The role does not require candidates to contribute personal funds, use personal wallets for company transactions, share private keys or seed phrases, independently control customer assets, promote tokens, guarantee returns, or provide personal investment advice.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure smart contracts and decentralized applications
Build blockchain products involving wallets, payments, digital assets, decentralized identity, tokenization, governance, staking, or DeFi
Develop Solidity contracts using established patterns, libraries, testing frameworks, and upgrade strategies
Integrate decentralized applications with wallets, blockchain nodes, indexers, APIs, oracles, custody platforms, and third-party protocols
Build applications using Ethereum, EVM-compatible networks, Layer 2 networks, or other appropriate blockchain infrastructure
Develop frontend and backend services that interact with smart contracts and on-chain data
Implement token standards, access controls, multisignature workflows, transaction policies, and role-based permissions
Write unit, integration, invariant, fuzz, and end-to-end tests for smart contracts and blockchain applications
Review contracts for reentrancy, access-control errors, oracle manipulation, arithmetic issues, frontrunning, upgrade risks, and economic exploits
Optimize contracts for gas efficiency, reliability, maintainability, and secure execution

Collaborate with product, security, cloud, data, AI, operations, risk, and client-facing teams
Qualifications
Professional experience developing production blockchain applications, smart contracts, decentralized applications, or Web3 infrastructure
Strong Solidity and EVM development experience
Experience deploying smart contracts to a public testnet or mainnet
Experience with Foundry, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin, ethers.js, viem, web3.js, or comparable Web3 development tools
Strong understanding of smart-contract architecture, blockchain transactions, gas, events, storage, access control, proxies, and upgradeability
Experience integrating wallets such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, Safe, or institutional custody solutions
Understanding of DeFi, token standards, decentralized exchanges, automated market makers, staking, governance, bridges, or tokenized assets
Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Rust, Java, or Node.js
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud infrastructure, APIs, databases, and production monitoring
Strong knowledge of smart-contract security and common blockchain vulnerabilities
Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly and work effectively in a distributed remote team
Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from Singapore
