We do not produce slide decks or participate in the typical theater of corporate consulting. Instead, we take business plans, pricing grids, and financial models apart on the bench and put them back together against the evidence of the invoice ledger. Our work is handled on paper or through precise digital tools, and it is always backed by a written argument. We are currently focused on a project for a Central European industrial client, rebuilding the interfaces they use to monitor their operational data and financial performance. This is a full-time, fully remote position for a Graduate Frontend Developer who prefers craftsmanship over corporate jargon.

What you would do
As a Graduate Frontend Developer, your primary focus will be building the digital interfaces that host our reconstructed business artifacts. You will not be making marketing sites or generic dashboards. You will be building functional tools that allow our clients, such as our current Central European industrial partner, to interact with complex financial models and industrial network data. Your day to day work involves translating logical requirements into clean, performant code. You will participate in the builder and challenger process, where your code and UI choices will be scrutinized by a colleague to ensure they meet the rigorous standards of our evidence based approach. This role is about precision and clarity, ensuring that a user can look at a digital ledger and understand the business logic behind every number.

Helpful background
We are looking for someone who has recently completed their studies or is in the early stages of their professional life. You should have a solid foundation in the basics of web development: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with a modern framework like React, Vue, or Svelte is helpful, but we value the ability to understand the underlying logic of the web more than specific tool mastery. You should be comfortable reading technical documentation and possess a healthy curiosity about how businesses function. Since we rely heavily on written arguments, the ability to explain your technical choices clearly in writing is essential. You do not need a long list of previous roles, but you should have projects or coursework that demonstrate you can build a functional interface from scratch.
