Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies covering product positioning, pricing, channel strategy, sales enablement, launch planning, and performance measurement.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, sales, marketing, service, compliance, and partner management teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
- Define launch objectives, timelines, success metrics, and post-launch feedback processes while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and differentiated messaging for employers, brokers, members, and distribution partners.
- Coordinate sales training, partner education, launch materials, marketing campaigns, digital assets, and other enablement resources to ensure market readiness.
- Monitor product adoption, evaluate launch performance using data-driven insights, and recommend continuous improvements to optimize business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, or go-to-market execution within the health or ancillary insurance industry.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional product launches and commercialization initiatives.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of health insurance, ancillary insurance products, broker distribution models, and health plan partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to measure launch success and drive continuous improvement.
- MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
