This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing and commercialization professional to lead end-to-end go-to-market initiatives for innovative insurance solutions. In this role, you will drive successful product launches by aligning cross-functional teams, developing market strategies, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple distribution channels. Working closely with product, sales, marketing, compliance, and partner organizations, you will transform strategic plans into measurable business outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping product positioning, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization while influencing stakeholders across the organization. Accountabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, or go-to-market execution within the health or ancillary insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional product launches and commercialization initiatives.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of health insurance, ancillary insurance products, broker distribution models, and health plan partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data to measure launch success and drive continuous improvement.
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
