About Prism
Prism is an advertising agency headquartered in Dubai. Our design studio consists of designers working remotely across India and the UAE. We are expanding the team with one additional motion and digital designer.
The role
The majority of this role is motion design and short-form video — Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid video cutdowns — produced in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. The remainder is static digital design: carousels, social media sets and campaign collateral built in Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Our client roster is deliberately varied. A single week may involve regulated healthcare communications, an FMCG distributor's monthly content calendar and a consumer brand with a far more informal tone. The ability to move between brand systems accurately is central to the role.
Briefs come from our strategy team or directly from the Creative Director. You will be responsible for taking them through to final, platform-ready assets.

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator. Premiere Pro or CapCut is an advantage.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design and short-form video work. Static work alone is not sufficient for assessment.
- Experience managing multiple brands concurrently under agency deadlines, including structured feedback rounds.
- Proven ability to work independently across time zones with minimal supervision.
- Strong written English and clear asynchronous communication.

Preferred
