OPT Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

 Source and recruit OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, Green Card (GC),

and EAD candidates for US-based opportunities.

 Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified

consultants.

 Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder,

university portals, referrals, and internal databases to identify

top talent.

 Screen candidates to assess technical skills, communication, work

authorization, and project suitability.

 Coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding, and documentation

throughout the recruitment process.

 Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams

to ensure successful consultant placements.

 Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM and provide

regular recruitment updates.

 Ensure compliance with US immigration regulations, visa

documentation, and company recruitment policies.

 Build long-term relationships with consultants to support future

placement opportunities.

 Achieve individual recruitment targets while contributing to overall

team success.

What We’re Looking For

 Proven experience in OPT Recruitment and the US Staffing

industry.

 Strong understanding of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, Green Card

(GC), EAD, and other US work authorization categories.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management

skills.

 Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed,

CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with

excellent time management skills.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part
