• Drive Real-Time Optimization: Apply advanced statistical methods, ML algorithms, and hypothesis testing to solve complex internet marketing and operational challenges in real time.

• Proven Leadership: A strong track record of leading, building, and developing multidisciplinary data teams (DS, BI, Data Engineering).

• Technical Depth:
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and columnar databases (e.g., Redshift, OLAP architecture).
