Job Description
**About Flash DSM**
We're building the world's first AI-powered design system automation platform. Imagine: one prompt, and you get a complete design system. No more manual work, no more drift between Figma and code. We're solving a real problem that design teams waste thousands of hours on every year.
**About Flash DSM**
We're building the world's first AI-powered design system automation platform. One prompt. Complete design system. No more manual work, no more drift between Figma and code.
**The Role**
You'll help us tell this story and reach the people who desperately need this solution. You're not just writing content—you're helping define what "design system automation" means to the world.
What you'll do:
- Create video content and handle editing (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn—wherever our audience is)
- - Build campaigns and copy that actually speaks to people
- - Move fast in a startup environment—iterate, experiment, don't overthink it
- - Work directly with founders on strategy and narrative
- - Help bring investors into the company as we grow
- What we're looking for:
- - Real experience creating and editing marketing videos (show us your work)
- - Can write copy that feels human, not corporate
- - B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally for developer-focused or design tools
- - Comfortable being a founder-operator, not just an executor
- - Understands growth loops but knows early-stage is also about storytelling
- We DON'T care about:
- - Whether you have a degree
- - Your exact title at your last company
- - Years on your resume
- We DO care about:
- - Your portfolio of content you've created
- - Your ability to think strategically AND execute tactically
- - Your passion for this problem
- - Your authentic interest in what we're building
- **The Opportunity**
- This role comes with meaningful equity in Flash DSM before our launch. You're not building someone else's company—you're building ours, and you'll own a piece of it.
- You'll help bring investors into the company as we grow. This could mean introducing us to VCs you know, helping tell the story to potential investors, or even co-creating content that attracts capital.
- You'll work directly with the founders on core strategy and narrative. There's no corporate distance here—you'll shape how the world sees Flash DSM.
- **The Reality**
- This is an early-stage startup. We move fast, things change, and you'll wear multiple hats. If you thrive in ambiguity and want to be part of building something from the ground up—this is for you.
- Location: Israel (Remote)
- Ready? Show us your best work and let's talk. We're an early-stage startup at the intersection of AI, design operations, and developer experience. We're positioning ourselves to own an entirely new category—and we need a creative marketer who can help us tell this story and reach the people who desperately need this solution.

**The Role: Head of Marketing & Growth**
You're not just writing blog posts or managing campaigns. You're helping to define what "design system automation" means to the world.
Your day-to-day will look like:
- Creating and editing marketing videos that show HOW Flash DSM works and WHY it matters (this is a core part of the role—we want a marketer who can create killer video content)
- - Developing our go-to-market strategy from scratch—figuring out who our early adopters are, how to reach designers and developers, and how to make them care
- - Building our brand narrative: Why does Flash DSM exist? Why now? Why should teams switch?
- - Producing content (written, video, visual) that drives awareness and sign-ups
- - Talking to potential users and investors, understanding their pain points, and feeding that back into product and marketing
- - Running experiments: testing messaging, channels, positioning—learning what actually resonates with our audience
- - Managing social presence, community initiatives, and partnerships
- - Working directly with our founders to refine the product story and positioning
- **What We're Looking For**
- You're someone who:
- - Has real experience creating and editing marketing videos (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn—platforms where movement and personality matter)
- - Understands B2B SaaS marketing, ideally for developer-focused or design tools
- - Can write copy that feels human, not corporate—you make people FEEL something
- - Knows how to move fast, experiment, and iterate in an early-stage environment
- - Is genuinely excited about design systems, developer tooling, or AI (or wants to be)
- - Can wear multiple hats: you're comfortable being a founder-operator, not just an executor
- - Understands metrics and growth loops but knows that early-stage is also about narrative
- - Can handle ambiguity and figure things out as you go
- We DON'T care about:
- - Whether you have a degree in Marketing or Business (seriously, we don't)
- - Your exact title at your last company
- - How many years you have on your resume
- We DO care about:
- - Your portfolio of content you've created
- - Your ability to think strategically AND execute tactically
- - Your passion for this problem
- - Your authentic interest in what we're building
- **The Opportunity**
- This role comes with meaningful equity in Flash DSM before our launch. You're not building someone else's company—you're building ours, and you'll own a piece of it.
- You'll have the chance to help bring investors into the company as we grow. This could mean introducing us to VCs you know, helping tell the story to potential investors, or even co-creating content that attracts capital.
- You'll work directly with the founders on the core strategy and narrative. There's no "corporate distance" here—you'll shape how the world sees Flash DSM.
- **The Reality**
- This is early-stage. Some days will be messy. We'll have to figure things out together. You'll need to be comfortable with uncertainty and excited by the challenge of building something from scratch.
- But if you're the kind of marketer who gets energized by solving real problems, creating content that people actually want to watch, and being part of a team that might actually change how design systems work—this could be exactly the opportunity you're looking for.
- **Location & Logistics**
- Remote, worldwide. We're based in Israel but we work with distributed teams. Full-time commitment; we believe in people who go all-in on what they're building.
- **Let's Talk**
- Send us your portfolio, some examples of videos you've created (or been proud of), and tell us why you think Flash DSM is interesting. Don't send a generic cover letter—just tell us what caught your attention and why you think you'd be great for this.Company Description Flash DSM is an early-stage technology company that builds working design systems in minutes, generating production-ready code that can be imported directly into product repositories. Using a set of specialized AI workers, Flash DSM translates product direction into complete systems covering color, type, spacing, motion, and components, with tokens mapped across light and dark modes from the start. The platform addresses a key challenge in modern product teams: preventing drift between tools like Figma and code, and catching inconsistencies before they become widespread. Flash DSM was created by practitioners who spent years manually maintaining design systems and are focused on eliminating that pain for design and engineering teams. The company is opening early access soon and is positioned at the intersection of AI, design operations, and developer experience.
