Web Jr. Project Manager (Part-time) | Permanent WFH | START ASAP

HOPLA.Online is looking for a proactive and well-organized Web Jr. Project Manager to enhance team collaboration through Trello for task management, manage calendar schedules, handle email communications, and oversee efficient data management and entry. The perfect candidate will bring experience in website development, with a strong understanding of platforms such as Shopify and WordPress, to aid in project coordination and improve web development workflows.

Your days will be filled with:

• Team task management using Trello
• Calendar Management
• Email Management (sending follow-up emails to team members)
• Data entry, management, and organization
• Other administrative tasks as required.

Who we are looking for:

• With 2+ years of Admin experience working in a busy Marketing agency on multiple projects
• With at least 1 year of experience in Website development project coordination with an understanding of platforms like Shopify, WordPress, etc.
• With an understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
• Experience with Google Suite & Trello
• Understanding of Marketing/Advertising is preferred
• Highly proactive and energetic
• Extremely organized, can manage other team members' schedules
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Must be able to travel to Greater Manila for occasional team meetings
