Pay Range: $52.00 – $59.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term opportunity

Position Summary

We are seeking an Email Developer to design, develop, and deliver engaging customer-facing and internal digital marketing assets that support enterprise marketing initiatives across automotive sales, digital services, parts, and customer engagement platforms.

This role combines front-end development, email marketing, graphic design, and creative execution to build responsive email campaigns, microsites, and digital assets using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent coding skills, and experience delivering high-quality digital marketing campaigns from concept through deployment

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive HTML email campaigns for internal and customer-facing marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain microsites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
• Develop emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AMPScript
• Code responsive email templates utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
• Perform end-to-end email development including QA, testing, UAT, and deployment
• Collaborate with marketing, business stakeholders, and creative teams to understand campaign objectives
• Translate business requirements into visually engaging digital experiences

• Create banner ads, graphics, social media assets, layouts, logos, icons, and marketing collateral

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of Email Development experience
• Strong HTML development experience
