Role: (Senior) IT Administrator / Team Lead
Location: Geretsried, Germany (Close to Munich) – Hybrid (Up to 2 days home office/week)
Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 / year + Performance-related bonus
Travel: Local client visits within a 45-minute radius

We are looking for a skilled (Senior) IT Administrator to combine technical expertise with team leadership. In this role, you will take ownership of customer IT environments, lead complex infrastructure and cloud projects, and manage a dedicated team of technicians.

- Team Leadership & Process Management: Guide, manage, and empower a team of technicians, overseeing task distribution and operational processes.
- Project Planning & Execution: Consult on, plan, implement, and continuously develop custom IT infrastructure, server setups, and cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365).
- System & Network Administration: Maintain and configure core systems across Microsoft and Linux environments, including network architecture, backup solutions, and monitoring tools.
- Client Support & Pre-Sales: Deliver tier-2/3 technical support (remote and local on-site visits) and partner with the sales team to provide technical conceptualization during pre-sales phases.
Your Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and infrastructure, backed by formal IT training or a degree in Computer Science.
- Technical Expertise: Solid working knowledge of client/server architecture, networks, backup, Exchange, SQL, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Leadership & Soft Skills: First experience leading teams is highly desirable. Strong solution orientation, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
