About the Opportunity

Oakleaf Partnership is partnering with a high-growth, global professional services organization that operates at the intersection of people, mobility, and complex international workforces. The business is scaling rapidly, investing heavily in its People and Total Rewards function, and placing real strategic emphasis on how senior leaders are rewarded and supported.

This Senior Manager, Executive Compensation role sits within a highly visible Global Total Rewards team and works closely with executive leadership, legal, finance, payroll, and HR partners across regions. It offers the rare combination of hands-on executive compensation ownership, strategic exposure, and long-term growth in a modern, forward-thinking organization.

The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while still delivering meaningful influence and senior-level visibility.

  • Work directly with partners and senior executives in a global environment

  • Support a business that is modernizing and professionalizing its executive rewards framework

  • Join an organization that values data, analytics, and thoughtful reward design

  • Operate in a culture that encourages autonomy, ownership, and collaboration

  • Be part of a People function viewed as a true strategic partner to the business

This is an ideal opportunity for a compensation professional ready to step into a broader, more influential seat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day administration of executive and partner compensation programs

  • Support planning and execution of annual executive compensation and reward cycles

  • Partner with Total Rewards leadership as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert

  • Support executive-level communications, reporting, and compliance diligence

  • Handle highly confidential data with discretion and integrity

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of experience in compensation, with exposure to executive compensation

  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel modeling capability

  • Experience operating in global, fast-paced, or high-growth environments

  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

  • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Certifications such as CCP, CEP, or SPHR are a plus

  • Interest or experience in equity compensation highly advantageous

What's on Offer

  • $135,000 - $160,000 base salary + bonus

  • Fully remote working model (EST based)

  • Senior Manager-level role with strong visibility and career progression

  • Opportunity to shape executive rewards in a growing, global organization
