Join Our Team as a Systems & Support Specialist
Location: Oita Prefecture, Japan (Rural/On-site, with flexible options). Work from the Tokyo satellite office in Shinjuku is also possible - further information available upon request.
Salary: JPY 250,000~300,000 / month (gross) depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented, approachable Systems and Support Specialist to join our core team in Oita. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our systems and our team—managing data, maintaining digital platforms, and helping colleagues solve day-to-day IT challenges.

- Manage Core Data: Maintain clean, organized company data across our Salesforce-based CRM to support smooth tour bookings and operations.
- Support Web & Backend Tools: Assist with website updates, web forms, and liaison with external developers to fix bugs or implement new features.
- Empower Staff & Tour Leaders: Provide friendly, prompt technical help and handle account onboarding (Google Workspace, CRM tools) for new team members.
- Optimize Processes: Help automate routine tasks to streamline workflow across Operations, Customer Service, and Bookings.
- Comfortable using online systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe (coding experience is not required; if you are unfamiliar with these tools, a desire to learn and adapt is suitable as training will be provided once hired).
- A structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting and data management.
- Clear and patient communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Professional-level English and Japanese language ability (no JLPT, TEFL or similar requirement - we will evaluate your ability during the interview)
- Experience with Salesforce, other CRMs, or travel tech are a helpful bonus.
- Enthusiasm for living and working in rural Japan (Oita Prefecture).
- A valid driver's license is required.
