About the Role: A leading financial services client is looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role focuses on cloud health and optimization projects. You will be responsible for implementing best practices to optimize cloud resources, ensuring the environment is cost-effective and efficient.

AWS DevOps Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Lead cloud health assessments and implement recommendations tailored to organizational needs.
- Optimize AWS services including CloudTrail, EBS, S3, and EC2 generations.
- Manage AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies (SCPs) to ensure compliance and security.
- Utilize scripting (Python & Shell), Terraform, and Jenkins for automation and infrastructure management.
- Work with Kubernetes and other container technologies to streamline deployments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS.
- Strong background in cloud health and optimization projects.
- Expertise in CloudTrail, storage optimization (EBS, S3), and EC2 instance tuning.
- Familiarity with AWS Organizations & SCPs.
- Proficiency in scripting with Python and Shell.
- Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.
