Nova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a PPC Expert / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

Position: PPC Expert

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Pan India – Remote

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Plan, launch & optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

• Manage Search, Display, YouTube, PMax & Remarketing campaigns

• Run Meta Ads for Lead Generation, Traffic & Conversions

• Conduct keyword, audience & competitor research

• Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS & Conversion Rate

• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting & audience strategies

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies & audiences

• Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking

• Analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities

• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on PPC experience

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager

• Experience in Lead Generation / Conversion campaigns

• Good understanding of keyword research & audience targeting

• Knowledge of GA4, GTM & Meta Pixel, CAPI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns/accounts

• Good communication and reporting skills

Agency experience will be a plus.
