About the Role:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to successful delivery.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Driving Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, roadmaps, risk registers, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.
- Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Managing stakeholder communications, providing regular project updates, and ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.
- Maintaining project documentation, Jira boards, Confluence pages, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
- Coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors to support successful project execution.
- Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
