Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a highly visible global programme focused on transforming the international shipping experience.

International shipping is becoming increasingly complex, with changing customs regulations, duties, taxes and documentation requirements. In this role, you'll help turn that complexity into intuitive digital experiences that enable customers worldwide to ship with confidence.

• Design end-to-end customer experiences across the international shipping journey
• Work across multiple products, touchpoints and teams within a complex digital ecosystem
• Translate regulatory and operational complexity into simple, user-friendly solutions
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, Operations and Business stakeholders globally
• Drive strategic initiatives while remaining hands-on with flows, prototypes and high-fidelity design

✅ 10+ years of Product Design / UX Design experience
✅ Experience designing complex digital products and ecosystems
✅ Strong end-to-end journey thinking and stakeholder management skills
✅ Advanced Figma skills
✅ Experience working in Agile environments
✅ Logistics, transportation or supply chain experience is a plus
