Reliable payment infrastructure requires rigorous testing across transaction flows, integrations, settlement processes, and customer-facing experiences.
About the RoleAs a Blockchain Testing Specialist, you'll help ensure that Tylt's payment infrastructure operates reliably across different transaction scenarios, payment methods, integrations, and environments.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to identify issues, validate fixes, and improve the overall quality and reliability of Tylt's systems.
What You'll Do- Design and execute test cases across Tylt's payment and transaction flows.
- Test payment, payout, settlement, wallet, and account-related functionality.
- Validate transactions across different currencies, payment methods, and scenarios.
- Test integrations with external payment providers and blockchain networks.
- Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects.
- Perform regression testing following product updates and fixes.
- Conduct functional, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
- Validate APIs and transaction responses where required.
- Test edge cases, failure scenarios, and unexpected transaction states.
- Verify that fixes resolve reported issues without introducing new problems.
- Work with Engineering to investigate and reproduce technical issues.
- Collaborate with Product to understand expected system behavior.
- Maintain test cases, testing documentation, and defect reports.
- Contribute to improving Tylt's overall QA and testing processes.
- 1–4 years of experience in QA, software testing, quality assurance, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify unusual scenarios and edge cases.
- Comfortable working with APIs and technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work closely with Engineering and Product teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in fintech, payments, blockchain, stablecoins, or digital assets.
