About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion graphics, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for visual storytelling. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital advertising campaigns. Your work will involve designing videos, animated banners, logos, characters, and other visual elements that effectively communicate brand messages and captivate audiences. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with graphic designers, product designers, and content creators to develop and execute compelling concepts. You will also be tasked with encoding videos in various formats, researching innovative design techniques, and participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a motion designer
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including plugins and expressions
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion graphics work
• Experience with AI motion-design tools and high-quality animation creation
• Proven skills in video editing, 3D and 2D visual effects, tracking, keying, and color correction
• Working knowledge of Blender, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, and Figma
• Understanding of graphic design principles, animation, composition, and typography
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills
