About Your Role

We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our marketing team and take ownership of creative strategy across multiple formats — primarily video and static creatives, with playable ads as a strong plus.

This role combines creative production with a strong analytical mindset. You will work closely with UA and Production teams, analyze creative performance, identify patterns and opportunities, turn data into hypotheses, and develop new concepts that can scale in user acquisition.

We are looking for someone who can independently own a creative direction: understand what worked and why, decide what to test next, and translate ideas into clear concepts for artists and animators.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze creative performance, historical results, trends, and correlations between key marketing metrics
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of creative hypotheses based on data, market insights, and your own expertise
• Generate and develop concepts for video, static creatives, and playable ads
• Turn creative ideas into clear briefs and work closely with artists, animators, and other production specialists
• Review test results, identify reasons behind successes and failures, and define next iterations
• Research competitors, market trends, references, and successful creative approaches
• Use AI tools to prototype and develop gameplay concepts, locations, actions, combat scenarios, and other creative ideas
• Collaborate closely with UA, Production, Marketing Art, and other creative teams

• Participate in brainstorms, retrospectives, and creative reviews, sharing learnings across teams
  
  

We hope that you have

• 3+ years of experience in Creative Production, Creative Marketing, or a similar role in GameDev
• Strong experience working with gameplay-focused marketing creatives
• Experience producing different creative formats, especially video; experience with static creatives and playable ads is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with creative performance data beyond qualitative evaluation
• Understanding of game design and level design principles
• Good knowledge of RPG / midcore games and strong gaming literacy across mobile, PC, or console titles
• Ability to independently generate hypotheses, explain the reasoning behind them, and turn test results into actionable next steps
• Experience working with artists, animators, designers, and other production specialists
• Hands-on understanding of modern AI tools and how they can be used throughout the creative production pipeline
• Ability to work constructively with feedback and iterate on ideas instead of abandoning them after the first unsuccessful test
