Senior Mobile Application Developer (Flutter/React Native) with Team Leadership

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Passionate about pushing mobile technologies to the limits and exploring new possibilities.
• Analyze UI/UX requirements, mockups, and APIs to develop high-performing mobile applications.
• Participate in system design and implementation processes.
• Act as a key member in technical problem-solving and resolution for projects under the guidance of experienced team leaders.
• Able to take on a team leader role, managing a small number of developers on specific projects.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
• Intermediate English communication skills, especially in speaking and writing.
• Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or other modern mobile technologies.
• Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Experience working with local storage, asynchronous programming (threading), and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notification systems.
• Experience working with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.
• Independent, responsible, and self-motivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results.
• Strong methodology and skills in researching and applying new technologies.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of cloud-based development.
• Experience with open-source solutions such as CMS, CRM, E-commerce, Portal, and social networks.
• Experience building distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD approaches and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as Redis.
• Experience with message queue systems, particularly Kafka.
• Experience working with Unix-like operating systems.
• Experience in developing high-load applications.

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
