Founding Partner, Growth & Marketing

We're looking for someone to own the entire GTM and marketing engine for Employers AI. This isn't your typical "Growth Lead" role where you manage a massive ad budget and sit in meetings all day. We need a builder, a doer, and a scrappy executioner who wants to turn this thing into a rocket ship.

1. Owning GTM & Marketing: You're the captain of this ship. You'll run our GTM strategy and lead the implementation from zero to one.
2. Hammering Growth Channels: We're talking LinkedIn outreach, cold email, content that actually gets read, and driving organic web traffic. No "brand awareness" fluff — just pure growth.
3. Product & Design: You'll be deep in the trenches with us, getting involved in product decisions, design, and actually speaking with our customers to figure out what they need next.

1. Founding Level Equity: Real equity. The kind that makes you a millionaire when we exit. We want you to have skin in the game.
2. Fully Remote: We’re a global team spread across the US, UK, Brazil, and India. Work from wherever makes you happy (as long as you have good Wi-Fi).
3. High Autonomy: Zero micromanagement. We hire adults and treat them like it. You'll have a massive impact on the company's trajectory from day one.
4. Commission on every sale you close, uncapped. A small salary is available right now, with a market leading salary available when we raise our seed round.
