## About the Role

Sarnova HC, LLC is looking for a Flutter Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications supporting its EMS billing platform.

You will work as part of an Agile engineering team and collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend developers. The role requires strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, along with the ability to build reliable and scalable applications across multiple platforms.

### Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter.

* Write clean, maintainable, and scalable Dart code.

* Develop features that support the company's EMS billing platform.

* Collaborate with product managers to understand product requirements.

* Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-focused interfaces.

* Partner with QA engineers to test and improve application quality.

* Collaborate with backend developers to integrate application services and APIs.

* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.

* Participate in Agile development processes.

* Contribute to application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

* Help deliver reliable software through the full development lifecycle.

### Required Qualifications

* Strong professional experience with Flutter.

* Strong proficiency in Dart.

* Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications.

* Experience developing web applications using Flutter or related technologies.

* Understanding of software development lifecycle practices.

* Ability to work effectively with product, design, QA, and backend engineering teams.

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a remote Agile environment.
