Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and driving the overall product vision and strategy across Tinkstars’ digital outsourcing solutions. This role oversees the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and continuous improvement based on customer feedback and market analysis. The CPO collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, marketing, technology, and customer success to ensure products address client needs and support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring product managers, aligning product initiatives with company objectives, setting performance metrics, and maintaining a user-focused approach to product design and delivery. The CPO also represents the product organization in executive decision-making, helps shape go-to-market strategies, and fosters a culture of data-driven, outcome-oriented product development.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience defining product vision, building roadmaps, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with the ability to oversee complex initiatives, coordinate timelines, and manage stakeholders and resources effectively.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership experience, including mentoring product teams and collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, and technology.
- Background in digital services, SaaS, outsourcing, or BPO environments, with a strong understanding of customer support, content moderation, data annotation, or related domains.
- Experience using data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around common goals.
- Proven track record in remote leadership, including building high-performing distributed teams and promoting inclusive, collaborative work practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial but not required.
