## About the Role

Stack Influence is seeking a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Engineer to join its small, highly experienced engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end application development, working across frontend, backend, databases, testing, and cloud infrastructure.

You will help architect, build, test, and deploy scalable product features using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working independently, solving complex technical problems, and making a direct impact within a fast-moving startup environment.

## Responsibilities

* Develop, test, and iterate on full-stack product features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Hono.

* Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure.

* Collaborate with product, design, QA, and business teams to transform requirements and design concepts into production-ready solutions.

* Build integrations with third-party platforms across social media, eCommerce, artificial intelligence, and financial services.

* Develop reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

* Create automated integration tests using Jest and follow established testing standards.

* Monitor production applications and troubleshoot technical issues after deployment.

* Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to continuous improvements across the technology stack.

* Work effectively within a small engineering team using asynchronous communication and remote collaboration.

## Required Qualifications

* 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.

* Strong professional experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript applications.

* Advanced experience with React and Next.js.

* Strong backend development experience with Node.js.

* Experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.

* Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

* Experience developing and debugging automated tests using Jest.

* Ability to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

* Customer-focused approach with strong attention to usability and application performance.
