We're partnering with the software division of a major global industrial technology organisation that develops sophisticated digital products used by large international enterprises.
Its Norwegian engineering organisation is expanding as adoption of a key product platform continues to grow.
The company is now establishing additional permanent engineering capability in Stavanger.
The Opportunity
We're hiring two Senior Software Engineers to join a team responsible for developing complex software that transforms operational and engineering data into practical planning and decision-making workflows.
This isn't a narrow backend position.
You'll work within a mature but rapidly evolving product ecosystem and collaborate with engineers and domain specialists across several technical disciplines.
What You'll Own
- Build and evolve production C#/.NET services
- Contribute across Node.js/TypeScript components
- Design maintainable software for complex business/domain problems
- Participate in architecture and technical-design discussions
- Develop and debug within Linux environments
- Write and maintain production-quality tests
- Help improve engineering practices
- Use modern AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering
- Learn and translate specialist domain concepts into robust software

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years professional software engineering
- Strong production C#/.NET experience
- Experience with Node.js/TypeScript or modern web engineering
- Linux experience
- Strong software-design fundamentals

- Genuine experience using AI coding tools
Education
Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable rigorous technical discipline preferred.
Highly experienced candidates with a Bachelor's degree can also be considered.
