Job Description
About The Role
As the first Solutions Engineer at this early-stage company, you will be the technical backbone of enterprise sales — bridging product, engineering, and customers to prove real-world value in complex deals. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the heart of how the business grows.
What You'll Do
- Own the full technical sales cycle from initial demo through to a signed customer.
- Embed in customer workflows to identify the use cases that best showcase what the platform can do in their specific context.
- Join sales conversations as the credible technical counterpart on integrations, data, security, and architecture.
- Build proofs-of-concept and demos on real customer data — not idealized scenarios.
- Translate deal insights back to the product and engineering team, distinguishing demo-only requests from genuine product needs.

- Proven track record delivering proofs-of-concept and live demos using customer data in enterprise deals.
- Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and enterprise integration considerations (e.g. ERP/CRM systems).
- Ability to uncover the real problem behind a customer request and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
