Amazon SEO & Affiliate Outreach Specialist

We are an ecommerce company selling primarily through Amazon FBA in the US marketplace, and we are looking for an Amazon SEO Specialist to join our team.

The role will focus primarily on improving Amazon listing visibility, keyword coverage, organic ranking opportunities, conversion performance, and affiliate outreach. Copywriting is part of the role, but the main responsibility is to understand how customers discover products on Amazon and continuously improve our listings based on search behaviour, competition, and performance data.

You will also support our affiliate outreach efforts by identifying suitable creators and partners, conducting outreach, tracking responses, and helping develop partnerships that can drive external traffic and sales.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct Amazon keyword research to identify relevant search terms and ranking opportunities

• Optimise product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and A Plus Content for Amazon SEO

• Review existing listings and identify gaps in keyword coverage, positioning, and conversion

• Analyse competitor listings, customer reviews, search behaviour, and marketplace trends

• Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements based on available data

• Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings

• Support product positioning by understanding customer search intent and key purchase considerations

• Write and optimise persuasive ecommerce copy while incorporating relevant keywords naturally

• Identify suitable affiliates, influencers, publishers, bloggers, and content creators within relevant product niches

• Research and qualify potential affiliate partners

• Conduct outreach through email, social platforms, and other appropriate channels

• Personalise outreach based on the creator, audience, and product opportunity

• Track outreach activities, responses, follow ups, and partnership status

• Coordinate samples, product information, promotional materials, and other requirements with interested affiliates

• Maintain an organised affiliate outreach database and pipeline

• Identify which outreach approaches generate the strongest response and continuously improve the process

What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience with Amazon SEO, Amazon listing optimisation, ecommerce SEO, or Amazon marketplace management

• Good understanding of Amazon keyword research and how keywords should be incorporated into listings

• Familiarity with Amazon listing structures including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A Plus Content

• Strong research and analytical ability

• Able to evaluate competitors and identify opportunities to improve product positioning

• Strong written English

• Able to write clear, persuasive, and conversion focused ecommerce copy

• Comfortable working with keyword research and marketplace data

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable conducting affiliate and creator outreach

• Able to communicate professionally with external partners

• Organised and comfortable tracking a large number of outreach conversations and follow ups

• Goal oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Able to take initiative rather than waiting for detailed instructions for every task

• Experience using Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive, SellerSprite, or similar Amazon research tools will be an advantage.

• Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator outreach, Amazon Associates, Amazon Attribution, or external traffic campaigns will also be an advantage.

Working Arrangements:

Location: Remote, Philippines

Employment: Full Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM GMT +8

Working Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Break: 30 minute lunch break
