Job Summary
Overall Purpose:
The job holder shall serve as the operational linchpin for the Bank's CRM system under the guidance of the Senior Manager. The D365 CRM Administrator shall be responsible for technical customisation and user support, as well as ensure that the CRM aligns with the Bank's workflows and compliance standards. By optimising day-to-day operations and maintaining data integrity, the job holder shall enable the Bank to achieve its broader business objectives more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
The job holder will be responsible for:
▪ Configuring and customising the CRM platform, adapting Microsoft CRM to meet the Bank’s objectives, and collaborating with business stakeholders to understand workflows and provide guidance on best practices and functionality
▪ Handling user accounts and access control, ensuring user permissions and security settings comply with EU and local regulations, including GDPR
▪ Maintaining data integrity by conducting regular data cleansing and import/export operations to ensure high data quality within the CRM system

▪ Providing prompt and effective technical support to CRM end-users to resolve operational issues
▪ Facilitating system upgrades by liaising with IT and if necessary the vendor, ensuring that a full testing cycle is completed by the business
▪ Monitoring system performance by reviewing metrics regularly to optimise the CRM system’s speed, scalability, and user experience
▪ Facilitating training and onboarding by conducting sessions for new users and supporting ongoing staff development in line with change management initiatives
▪ Liaising with CRM vendors, IT and Business stakeholders, serving as the operational contact for CRM vendors and service providers, in order to ensure compliance with service level agreements as well as to obtain regular updates on their business continuity plans and disaster recovery certifications (such as ISO22301 and ISO27031)
In addition to the specific functions, management may assign more duties as required for the job from time to time.
Required Criteria:
Previous proven work experience of three (3) years in CRM administration or related area, and an MQF Level 5 Award in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics or a related field.
OR
Previous proven work experience of four (4) years in CRM administration or related area
OR
Previous proven work experience of one (1) year in CRM administration or related area and an MQF Level 6 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics or a related field.
Desirable Criteria:
Previous proven work experience within the banking or financial services industry and exposure to the local market.
