About the Role
You'll join as a Founding Engineer, owning critical product and infrastructure initiatives end-to-end. You'll build the systems that ingest enterprise AI telemetry, develop real-time detection and policy enforcement capabilities, work directly with customers during deployments, and help define the company's technical direction.
Qualifications
- 0–5+ years of software engineering experience, including exceptional internship experience.
- Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals, particularly distributed systems or infrastructure.
- Experience at a startup or technology company known for high-caliber engineering talent.
- Strong preference for backgrounds from companies such as Ramp, Databricks, Stripe, Modal, Cursor, Jane Street, Citadel, Palantir, Anduril, SpaceX, Wiz, or Vanta.
- Top-20 CS program or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Go/Rust, applied ML, security engineering, red-teaming, or adversarial ML is a strong plus.
- Competitive programming experience such as IMO, IOI, USACO, or Putnam is a plus.

Pay range and compensation package
- Compensation: $250K–$400K
- Equity: Up to 1%
- Location: San Francisco, CA
- Work Model: 100% Onsite
