The opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own backend-heavy product and platform work from design through production. You will solve technically demanding problems at enterprise scale, ship with high autonomy, and use modern AI coding tools as part of an engineering culture where AI-generated code is rigorously human-reviewed.

Location and compensation
• Full-time and remote within the United States.
• Optional office access in New York City and San Francisco.
• Base salary: $210,000 to $300,000, depending on level and experience.
• Competitive equity and comprehensive benefits, including 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
• Visa sponsorship and transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers, may be supported.
Interview process
The process includes a recruiter conversation, a live data structures and algorithms coding interview without AI tools, a behavioral interview, and a remote final panel covering system design, AI-assisted coding, and a technical project deep dive.
