About the Role
We are looking for our first AI Platform Engineer ( Agentic System & AI Platform ) to help build a platform for the secure adoption of AI agents within a licensed, high-load production environment.
This is an Applied AI role focused on LLMs, Agentic Systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM Evaluation (Evals), and AI Safety. Working alongside a strong Platform Engineering team, you will design and deliver production-grade AI solutions that empower both engineering teams and business users on a daily basis.
About the Company
We develop our own Remote Gaming Server (RGS) — a high-performance platform powering online gaming products, including:
- A high-load game engine
- Proprietary game mathematics
- Dozens of B2B integrations
- Certifications for MGA, UKGC, GLI, and other regulated jurisdictions
Today, our teams actively leverage LLMs in their daily workflows. Our next step is building a unified AI platform that enables these capabilities to scale across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Develop production-grade AI services
- Design and build agentic AI systems
- Build and maintain RAG infrastructure
- Develop LLM evaluation (Evals) frameworks
- Implement AI Safety mechanisms and guardrails
- Develop MCP services
- Collaborate closely with Backend and Platform Engineering teams

What We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of commercial Python development experience
- Hands-on production experience with LLM-based applications
- Experience building RAG systems
- Experience developing AI agents
- Practical experience with LLM evaluation (Evals)
- Understanding of AI Safety principles
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, AsyncIO, and Pydantic
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and Observability
- Experience working with Kubernetes
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher and Russian native must
