About the Role
We're hiring a skilled and self-driven Website Developer to build and maintain client websites. This is a full-time remote position on a fixed evening shift. You'll work independently on live client projects, so we need someone who can deliver without hand-holding.
We don't hire drag-and-drop WordPress developers. We hire custom developers who can build from scratch and implement any design or animation, whether it's in WordPress, Webflow, custom HTML, or PHP-based. If you can take a Figma file and turn it into a fully functional, pixel-accurate website, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional website development experience
- You must have built at least 20 websites. Applications from developers with fewer completed sites will not be considered.
- Strong command of WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proven track record of building from scratch, including custom WordPress themes and plugins, not assembling pre-made themes
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-accurate sites with custom layouts, interactions, and animations
- Solid Grip on web animations.
- Optimize sites for speed, SEO, and usability
- Troubleshoot live sites, plugin conflicts, performance issues, cross browser bugs
- Recover hacked websites and harden them at server and application level
- Quick learner, able to adapt to new tools and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication with designers and clients
- Ability to work the full 2:00 PM -11:00 PM shift consistently
- Fluent English, both written and spoken

Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT), Monday to Friday
Saturdays: Rotating 2 Saturdays off, 2 Saturdays working per month
Location: Fully remote
Salary range: 80k-1Lac
