Job Title: Senior Flutter (Mobility) Developer
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: Remote
We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter (Mobility) Developer with 7–10 years of overall mobile application development experience and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter architecture, state management, mobile platform capabilities, API integration, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, and production app delivery across Android and iOS.
The role also requires a strong interest in AI-augmented software engineering, with demonstrated daily use of AI coding assistants to improve productivity, development quality, debugging, refactoring, and engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance Flutter mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into clean, modular, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Apply appropriate architecture patterns, including MVC, MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Implement effective state management using BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or similar frameworks.
- Build modular applications and reusable UI components following established engineering standards.
- Collaborate with mobile architects to ensure alignment with platform standards, architecture, and best practices.
- Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with appropriate network handling and error management.
- Leverage native Android and iOS capabilities, including:
- Push notifications and rich notifications
- Deep linking and OS-level integrations
- Background processing and automation
- Sensors and device-level integrations
- Geofencing
- NFC
- Bluetooth
- Other native platform capabilities
- Identify and resolve application performance, stability, memory, and usability issues.
- Implement efficient rendering and optimize application performance across devices.
- Develop and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Support App Store and Play Store releases, versioning, rollout activities, production monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, security, maintainability, and consistency.
- Review AI-generated code and contributions with the same level of rigor as manually written code.
- Participate in technical design and solution discussions, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI in product development and engineering workflows.
- Collaborate effectively with Backend, QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Stay current with emerging AI and mobile development technologies, including AI-assisted UI generation, on-device LLMs, AI-powered testing, and developer productivity tools.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in production environments.
- Strong experience building enterprise-grade mobile applications.
- Proficiency in developing modular Flutter applications and reusable UI components.
- Strong understanding of Flutter rendering, lifecycle, performance, and debugging.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture.
- Experience with MVC, MVP, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or equivalent state management solutions.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable application structures.
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS fundamentals, application lifecycles, and platform limitations.
- Experience leveraging native platform capabilities and device-level integrations.
- Hands-on exposure to push notifications, deep linking, background tasks, sensors, geofencing, NFC, and Bluetooth is highly desirable.
- Strong experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Good understanding of network handling, error handling, caching, and API integration patterns.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and basic mobile application security concepts.
- Experience with application performance optimization and memory management.
- Understanding of efficient rendering and resource utilization.
- Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Familiarity with debugging, profiling, crash analysis, and production issue resolution.

- AI-assisted debugging and code optimization
- AI-enabled developer productivity tools
- 7–10 years of overall experience in mobile application development.
- 5+ years of production experience with Flutter.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on participation in technical design and solution discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers is preferred.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to engineering quality.
