Test Analyst

We are looking for a Test Analyst to support test design and execution activities within structured testing projects, ensuring software quality and reliability.

This role follows a hybrid model based in Lisbon, and we welcome candidates open to relocating to Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Record and manage tests and results in dedicated tools.
• Identify, report, and follow up on defects and anomalies.
• Contribute to test planning, prioritization, and reporting (Go/No-Go decisions).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g. ALM Octane is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in banking or insurance projects.
• Knowledge of tools like SAS, Control-M or schedulers.
• Experience in Agile environments.
