Job Description

Senior Product Manager | agentic ai

Location: Lausanne

Enterprise B2B SaaS

Most "AI product" roles are a pilot looking for a use case. This isn't one of them.

Our client is a well-established global software company, the category leader in its space, with hundreds of enterprise customers and millions of end users on the platform. They've built an autonomous AI agent that sits on every employee's device and fixes IT problems in seconds. No ticket, no queue, no handoff. It is live, it is adopted by large enterprises today, and it's already resolving most issues at first contact without a human getting involved.

They're now hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of that agent, from problem definition through to measured outcome in production.

The role

You'll join a strong senior product group where each PM owns a distinct part of the agent, working day to day with the engineering, applied AI and design people who build it. You won't be the only person in the room who understands agentic systems. Your peers have shipped autonomous AI at enterprise scale, and the expectation is that you raise their game as much as they raise yours.

What you'll actually do:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for your area of the product. Yours to run.
  • Sit with enterprise customers to understand what employees really experience, not what the ticket data claims they experience.
  • Ship agent capabilities that are reliable, safe and observable. Autonomous action on someone's device is a high-trust operation, so you'll define the guardrails as much as the features.
  • Decide how success is measured, and be rigorous about what the data supports and what it doesn't.
  • Turn ambiguity into sequenced, defensible priorities, then communicate them clearly enough that engineering, sales engineering and leadership all land on the same conclusion.
  • Stay close to the frontier of agentic AI and translate what's newly possible into what gets built next.

Who this suits

This is a builder's role. The people who'll thrive here have taken something from nothing to shipped, been the founder of the idea inside a company or outside one, and are comfortable owning the outcome rather than the backlog. If you've got an entrepreneurial streak and you'd rather define the problem than be handed it, this is what you've been waiting for.

Essential:

  • 5+ years in product management, including enterprise B2B SaaS shipped at scale.
  • Zero-to-one experience. You've taken a product or a major capability from a blank page to real customers, and you've felt the weight of that.
  • Hands-on with evaluation design, strategy, experimentation and iterative optimisation, not just observing it from the roadmap.
  • A track record of structuring ambiguity into clear priorities, and of saying no with a reason.
  • Fluent with data. You can query it yourself, and you push back when the story runs ahead of the evidence.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the range to move between an engineering standup and an executive pre-read.

Why this one

  • A shipped, differentiated AI product with real enterprise adoption. You'll be building on one of the richest real-time endpoint data foundations in the industry.
  • Genuine ownership. A small, senior product group with short paths to decisions and no layers between you and the call.
  • Peers who've done it. You'll learn from people who have shipped autonomous AI to large enterprises, and they'll expect the same from you.
  • Hybrid working, a global team spread across five continents, and a learning budget.
