About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our Mobile Platform team. This role is instrumental in driving the development and enhancement of Bubble’s mobile application builder, with a focus on expanding the capabilities of our React Native runtime, improving deployment pipelines, and enabling millions of users to ship real apps to the App Store and Google Play. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with a significant frontend focus, and possess the ability to design scalable, reliable deployment systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and support—to deliver a seamless and high-quality user experience across web and mobile platforms. Additionally, you will mentor engineering team members, contribute to technical roadmaps, and partner with executive leadership to shape the future of Bubble's mobile offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, preferably at high-growth startups
• Proven experience leading complex projects and designing technical solutions
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies, especially Typescript, React Native, and SolidJS
• Extensive experience with backend development, deployment pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing automation, and troubleshooting across the stack
• Exceptional coding skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding engineering teams

• Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms
• Mentor and coach engineering team members to enhance their technical skills and leadership capabilities
