Job Description / Responsibility

About the Role:

Agilibo GmbH, Germany are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master with a passion for driving agile transformations and a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies. As part of our team, you will be working on Agilibo SaaS, a cutting-edge platform designed to enable Agile Transformation at scale. If you have a knack for coaching teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and continuously improving processes, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure the team follows Scrum principles.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive the successful adoption and scaling of agile practices across teams using Agilibo SaaS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and customize agile methodologies as per team needs.
• Support product development teams in breaking down complex initiatives into manageable user stories and tasks.
• Work with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Agilibo SaaS by providing insights and feedback based on your hands-on experience in Agile coaching.
• Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with a proven track record of guiding teams through agile transformations.
• Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II, Advanced CSM, or equivalent) is mandatory. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and understanding of scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
• Hands-on experience in remote team facilitation and collaboration. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar. Passion for Agile and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working on SaaS platforms, particularly those focusing on Agile Transformation.
• Familiarity with Agilibo or similar Agile transformation tools.
