Lead Game Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead game design with a focus on F2P strategies, including economy balancing and ad monetization.
• Mentor and expand Game Design and UI/UX teams, aligning with the company’s broader goals.
• Oversee game design from concept to live implementation, creating templates and documentation for smooth cross-department communication.
• Collaborate with Product Management to refine workflows and enhance design practices.
• Work closely with Product and Growth teams to optimize ad placements and monetization.
• Utilize data-driven insights to innovate and maximize player engagement.
• Recruit and evaluate new design talent to build a cohesive team.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in game design, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in game mechanics, F2P strategies, and ad monetization.
• Proficient in Unity and familiar with collaborative tools like Miro.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and player trends.
