KalSoft is seeking a highly skilled and creative Front-End Developer + UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web technologies, along with a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Design:
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement design requirements
- Front End Development:
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development team, and clients to deliver high-quality work
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Front End Developer and UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
