Business Expert

On behalf of leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries, we are looking for a Business Expert to join the team.

As a Business Expert, you will collaborate between business/non-technical and technical domains. Serving as a liaison, you will articulate requirements for all stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical realms. This role requires participating in meetings with various stakeholders, including business stakeholders, DevOps teams, developers, Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, and third-party providers. Additionally, you will manage the backlog, create user stories and test cases in collaboration with the Product Owner, utilizing gathered information.

Requirements:

• Strong grasp of infrastructure and architecture (VPN, HTTP(s), API Consumer Apps; Design: Decoupling a monolith)
• Proficiency in process and requirement analysis
• Fundamental understanding of cloud infrastructure
• Thorough comprehension of the business landscape
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1/C2 level)
• At least basic proficiency in German

Nice to have:

• Technical product development management skills (understanding releases, dependencies, tests, developer tasks)
